TIM STATUM, Birmingham Native Returns to Where it All Began...the StarDome Stage! August 20-25!

Tim is a Birmingham, Alabama native who will keep you in stitches with his southern style humor and storytelling. For the past 13 years, he has been entertaining audiences wherever he goes. You’ve heard him on various radio shows nationwide, including The Bob & Tom Show.

Statum, who grew up in the small community of Lynn’s Crossing, now lives in Graysville, but he’s performed all over the country. Statum has opened for Three Dog Night, Hank Williams Jr. and George Jones. He’s also performed in Las Vegas and on cruise ships. His current travel schedule usually keeps him in venues across the Southeast.

He has also performed at comedy clubs all across the country. From New York to Las Vegas, all the way to the Bahamas. Southern audiences connect with Statum because he incorporates real-life stories of growing up in the country into his act.  Tim had this to say about heading to the StarDome to perform:  “I absolutely love what I do,” he said. “I love performing in Birmingham, because this is home. I usually perform here once or twice per year, and it’s always a big crowd. The home folks are so good to me.”
