See the AMAZING JOHNATHAN LIVE at the StarDome June 21-23. Don't miss the longest running comedy magician show in Vegas history!!

The Amazing Johnathan is an eccentric comic magician whose bizarre humor and unscripted antics have earned him widespread recognition as one of the most original and unique performers today.

Starting his professional career as a street performer in San Francisco, Johnathan turned his boyhood hobby of magic into a full-time job. After polishing his act on Fisherman's Wharf in the late '70's, he moved onto nightclubs and colleges in the '80's.

The Amazing Johnathan has performed for audiences all over the world, including countless dignitaries and high-profile officials like President Ronald Reagan and the president of France. His fan base stretches across the globe from the U.S. to the U.K., Europe, South America and Australia, where he is a household name.

During the last 25-plus years of his career, Amazing Johnathan has appeared on numerous television shows including Comedy Central's Lounge Lizards and Premium Blend shows, F/X's The X Show, Fox's Comic Strip Live, The Arsenio Hall Show, HBO's Young Comedians Special, Late Night with David Letterman, Entertainment Tonight and The Wayne Brady Show, as well as television specials such as NBC's World's Greatest Magic II and The World's Wildest Magicians, ABC's Caesars Palace 30th Anniversary Special, Fox's Champions of Magic, Comedy Central Presents, American Airlines' CBS Eye on America, the Travel Channel's Amazing Vacation Homes, and The Greatest Magic Tricks In the Universe...Ever on England's Ch. 5 UK.

In 2002, The Amazing Johnathan Show landed in Las Vegas at the Golden Nugget for a two-week engagement. Johnathan shocked everyone by selling out the entire run and the Nugget quickly offered him multi-million dollar, two year deal. Being downtown and not on the strip, nobody could believe that anyone could make the place jump again. During the next two years he changed the casino‘s clientele to a younger, more hip crowd and brought in more people to the showroom then Sinatra. The Review Journal nicknamed Johnathan, “The Unlikely Savior of Downtown.“

Johnathan moved to the strip after receiving a more lucrative offer from the Flamingo. After one year, when his contract was due for renewal, the Nugget struck back and the MGM Grand/Mirage offered Johnathan one of the biggest deals ever made if he returned to the Nugget. With or without the money, he would have. It was like his second home.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal has given Amazing Johnathan much praise, by including him on the coveted "Best of Las Vegas" list, awarding him "Best Comedian of the Year" for 2002 and nominating him in 2003.  The Las Vegas Weekly Reader’s Choice Awards recognized him as “Best Local Villain” in 2004 and 2005. He is also a three-time winner of the International Magic Award for "Best Comedy Magician."

Johnathan has now been headlining in Las Vegas for a record-breaking 11 years. After the Nugget was sold, AJ moved back to the strip and played for years at the famous “Congo Room” at the Sahara, which over the years was the home of Johnny Carson, Jack Benny, and The Beatles.

In 2008 Johnathan took his show to The Harmon Theater, next to planet Hollywood. With him always is his whacked out assistant Psychic Tanya, She’s the energetic and uproarious blonde who supports his act with silly banter and spontaneous hilarity. This comic partnership adds a hysterical spark to Amazing Johnathan's already off-the-wall production.

Working permanently in Las Vegas doesn’t allow Johnathan time to tour or pursue TV specials, things that are vital to the longevity of an act. Thankfully Johnathan has a huge cult following of hard core fans and they always seem to be there for him. A few years ago when Comedy Central had people vote for the Top 10 Comedian, Johnathan made the list. It wasn’t long after that CC figured out who to give their coveted one-hour special to. Johnathan got busy and presented his fans with almost an hour of new material. The special was aptly titled, “Wrong on Every Level..”  The old fans love it and it also gathered a whole new generation of fans.

Another show is currently getting seen on is A&E’s “Mindfreak,” with Criss Angel. The two are best friends and have been working together on a new project called; “Psych” that will be out this summer.

Johnathan’s biggest and latest project is a documentary about his experiences on the road and his odd rise to fame in Las Vegas. This will take him back on the road for the first time in 11 years to play some of his favorite comedy clubs. His Vegas show will be dark for one weekend each month. So, if you have plans to see Johnathan in Vegas, make sure you check the tour schedule on this website. Who knows, he may be coming to you this time....and he is...

BANG, BANG, BANG, BANG!! John Witherspoon at The Stardome April 12-14!!

Funnyman John Witherspoon has parlayed a successful career as a standup comic into a series of memorable film roles. Born in Detroit, MI, John Witherspoon began his show business career as a model in the early '70s before striking out on his own as a stand-up comedian.

John made his first television appearance on the 1970s series Barnaby Jones, starring Buddy Ebsen. On the big screen, Witherspoon has starred alongside some of the biggest and brightest comedians in the business, including Eddie Murphy, Adam Sandler and Tim Meadows, in films such as Dr. Dolittle 2 (2001), Little Nicky (2000) and The Ladies Man (2000), as well as a role in Warren Beatty’s Bulworth (1998). No stranger to the world of television, Witherspoon has logged serious time in front of small screen cameras, appearing in an impressive list of TV projects spanning more than two decades, including a five-year stint starring as Pops on the WB sitcom The Wayans Brothers, and guest appearances on The Fresh Prince of Bel Air, The Martin Lawrence Show, Living Single, The Incredible Hulk, The Richard Pryor Show, Hill Street Blues, Good Times, and WKRP in Cincinnati, to name a few. He has also made countless appearances on shows such as The David Letterman Show, Live in LA and HBO's Def Comedy Jam. Witherspoon appeared as Ice Cube’s outrageously funny, dog-catching dad in Friday (1995) and Next Friday (2000) and returns in the latest instalment, called Friday After Next (2002).

Witherspoon has also recently finished his stand up comedy tour. He has also taken his success in acting and continued it with screen writing a movie called From the Old School where he takes the role as an elderly working man who tries to prevent a neighborhood convenience store from being developed into a strip club. Witherspoon has just come out with The John Witherspoon Collection, which is a line of comical greeting cards known as Spoon Cards. He is the official spokesman for a Washington, D.C. used car dealership.

Killer Karaoke's STEVE-O is at StarDome April 5-7!

Steve-O (a.k.a. Stephen Glover) has become a household name and it all started when he snatched a video camera from his father's closet when he was fifteen years old. From there he started producing homemade skateboarding videos featuring dangerous stunts mixed with comical behavior.

He was born in London and by the age of twelve, had lived in five countries and communicated fluently in three different languages. He holds citizenship in three countries - the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.

After finishing high school in London, and completing a year at the University of Miami, Steve-O realized that college wasn't for him. He enrolled in Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey Clown College to help further his goal of becoming a professional stuntman. After graduating Clown College, and determined to make it in Hollywood, he began to pitch his home videos to producers.

Eventually, Steve-O's videos made it into the hands of Jeff Tremaine (Jackass Creator/Director/Producer) who was working with Johnny Knoxville to create a stunt based reality show. The rest is history. MTV aired the first season of JACKASS in 2000. In 2001, Steve-O launched his own "Steve-O Don't Try This At Home Tour", establishing himself as an accomplished stage performer, at venues throughout the U.S. and in a dozen countries.

When the JACKASS TV series ended in 2002, the team moved on to JACKASS: THE MOVIE, released by Paramount in October of that year. Shortly thereafter, Steve-O and fellow JACKASS alum, Chris Pontius, were given a spin-off show entitled WILDBOYZ, which aired on MTV and MTV2 and lasted four seasons. In 2006, Paramount released JACKASS: NUMBER 2 in theatres and Steve-O continued to thrill audiences with his outrageous stunts.

In 2009 he competed on ABC's hit show, DANCING WITH THE STARS, and lasted six weeks, despite an injury and having virtually no dancing ability whatsoever.

Last year, Steve-O returned for the Paramount franchise in JACKASS 3D which turned out to be a huge hit at the box office for the third installment with JACKASS 3.5 soon out on DVD.

In the months leading up to the release of JACKASS 3D he immersed himself in standup comedy, which had been a part-time hobby during the previous four years. Successful performances at prestigious comedy venues such as LA's Laugh Factory and New York City's Comedy Cellar led to his current tour performing standup, stunts and bar-tricks across North America and abroad, which he dubbed "Steve-O's Entirely Too Much Information Tour." He has dates booked through the year.

Next up, Steve-O will release his autobiography, Professional Idiot: A Memoir, with publisher Hyperion Books releasing on June 7th of this year.

Most importantly, however, Steve-O has been clean and sober since March of 2008 and lives a healthy, vegan lifestyle in the Los Angeles area...but he still has no problem stapling his balls to his leg.

Suzanne Westenhoefer..ONE NIGHT ONLY March 12!

What words best describe Comedian Suzanne Westenhoefer? How about bold, bawdy, and just plain hilarious? Not afraid to ask tough questions that uncover the laughs underneath, Suzanne’s made a career out of telling the truth. And the truth is, life is funny. Suzanne Westenhoefer is the reigning shtick chick worth noting. Her individual style and unique sense of self set the stage for all walks of life – young, old, gay, straight, lesbian, bi, and every descriptor imaginable in between.

It all started when Suzanne Westenhoefer was dared to enter a comedy contest at a cabaret, and though she had never done stand-up before, she won. She quickly became popular as “the gay girl in straight clubs” performing stand-up between acting assignments.

While performing in a comedy club in 1991, Suzanne was approached by the Sally Jesse Raphael talk show asking her to be on the episode “Lesbians Who Don’t Look Like Lesbians.” Westenhoefer appeared and came out on national television (thus prompting her mother to remarry and get rid of that last name!) The unique Westenhoefer brand of humor has been in wide demand ever since. Suzanne Westenhoefer has appeared on Comedy Central, and such shows as Evening at the Improv, Caroline’s Comedy Hour, and Politically Incorrect.

After playing at theatres, clubs, and colleges internationally, Suzanne starred in her own HBO comedy special, which was nominated for a Cable ACE award. Suzanne does over 100 live comedy dates a year, in addition to her film and television work. While she often performs in large theatres, she loves returning to the comedy clubs where she got her start.

Guaranteed Fresh, her third comedy cd is a solid offering that covers the usual ground of relationships but also the fascination some gay women have with home renovation. Nothing In My Closet But Clothes, her debut comedy cd is a best-seller and won the prestigious Gay and Lesbian American Music Award (GLAMA) for Best Comedy CD. She repeated this feat with her next comedy cd I’m Not Cindy Brady which also won the GLAMA in April of 2000.

Suzanne Westenhoefer plays to sell-out crowds all over North America. She has hosted, performed. And killed at the Just For Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal. Suzanne recently headlined with Eric McCormack (Will & Grace) at the famous Improv Club in Hollywood.

Suzanne is the girl next door and the brazen hussy. A quick-witted personality so her material keeps changing--sometimes on the spot. She loves her audience even as she ribs them. Suzanne makes her home in Los Angeles, and she is currently developing her new special for HBO entitled: TOUR DE FEMME!

John Moses' First Time at StarDome!! March 13-17!

Do you like your comedy with an edge?  If so, John Moses is the comedian for you!  His style has been described as shrewd, raw, and uncompromisingly funny. John has been performing for over 10 years, getting his start at Yuk Yuk’s comedy club in Toronto. John Moses is an equal opportunity offender – his comedy appeals to everyone from the young to the old, from the upstanding citizen to the morally bankrupt.

With a colorful, dysfunctional family made up of a Jamaican step-mother, a Filipino brother-in-law, among others, it only follows that his material largely consists of edgy topics and humorous tales from his life. Since he comes from such a diverse household giving him a personal perspective on race, he doesn’t rely on hackneyed stereotypes. No. Moses found out which stereotypes were “true” firsthand.

After performing for over 10 years at Yuk Yuk’s comedy club in Toronto, Moses took his act on the road, appearing at colleges and clubs through the United States, Canada, and the UK.

He writes, produces, and stars in his own short films, and is a favorite at comedy festivals including The Great Canadian Laugh Off and The Boston Comedy Festival.

Currently, Moses can be heard on Sirius XM Radio’s Raw Dog Comedy channel and will be recording his shows at COMIX for broadcast on Sirius. John’s debut comedy CD “On the Edge”, was named one of the 10 best Comedy albums in 2012 by Laughspin.com.
